They could be kept with all docile fish when juvenile, but they would eat any fish that fit in their mouths as they grow. Breeding is possible at 18 months of age and then they are very aggressive. If you intend to breed them buy 10 babies, raise them and remove other Angels when a pair forms. Getting a pair selected like this to breed is easier than forcing two fish onto each other.
